Any Reviews on The Cairns Apartments?

I currently live in the neighborhood but am looking for a bigger 2 bedroom place and I think I've found one at The Cairns Apartments on Yale. Anyone have any reviews/suggestions? Do you live there or have you? Thoughts?

I called their office three times regarding apartments that were posted on craigslist. Each time, the ad was a mistake and it was really a studio, not a one bedroom, and of course the sq. footage was wrong as well. I finally went to look at one, because its a block away from the shop where I work weekends, and the lady was 20 minutes late! Ugh. On the plus side they have unique floor plans and I really like the location.

Thanks James... I posted this a while back and am actually living at the Cairns now. We got a great two bed/two bath for what I considered to be "affordable" for downtown. Our place is spacious and has an amazing view of downtown, QA, Space Needle, etc... We live on the side of the building facing Yale (don't know that's I'd live on the side facing ally or I-5), we get some noise when the bar closes but all and all we really like it. Building managment has been friendly and helpful and the tenants seem to be a good diverse group of people. Good luck.

I think it is a good place and you can live there. My friend also live there from last two years. They give you good facilities in apartment and its affordable for you. You can try it. barcelona appartement
