Hello,
We are considering possibly buying a 6th floor loft at Veer. We'd appreciate any observations, comments or advice you may have about the building and its units. Particularly if you live there.
We are urban dwellers through-and-through, so we are comfortable with industrial/transitional areas - our interest has more to do with the physical spaces themselves. Well, if you have any interesting stories about the SLU neighborhood (fun or harrowing), we are all ears as well.

Hey Eric, I don't live at Veer but I work at UW SLU a block away. My impression is that currently most of the action is over in Cascade, and that there will be a lot of construction along Mercer and Aurora in the next few years. Seems like a great location for an early adopter, though.
