Thanks James... I posted this a while back and am actually living at the Cairns now. We got a great two bed/two bath for what I considered to be "affordable" for downtown. Our place is spacious and has an amazing view of downtown, QA, Space Needle...
I called their office three times regarding apartments that were posted on craigslist. Each time, the ad was a mistake and it was really a studio, not a one bedroom, and of course the sq. footage was wrong as well. I finally went to look at one, b...
I currently live in the neighborhood but am looking for a bigger 2 bedroom place and I think I've found one at The Cairns Apartments on Yale. Anyone have any reviews/suggestions? Do you live there or have you? Thoughts?

Your recent break-ins are concerning. What have the neighborhood patrols (SPD officers assigned to our area) had to say? If you can't make it, can some of your Cairns neighbors come to the meeting.
I hope to schedule safety meetings quarterly & collect more info about crime trends while connecting neighbors.
