The commute is relatively easy. I am going against traffic each way, so it isnt that bad. Really the price point was right for me to initiate a move into an area that is still to be developed near downtown. I know a lot of people are complaining about prices, but let's be realistic. Prices are probably not going to get much cheaper than they are right now. Rollins decided to go to apartments rather than lower it's prices anymore than they already have at this point.
Veer is a nice building. It is very quiet. The units are extremely energy efficient and offers ridiculously easy access to I-5, 99, and downtown. However, you really wnat to live in a loft to live here. I have a flexi-loft unit and am still in the process of figuring out what I am going to do with that space up top. Eventually, I will come up with something,,,but for right now it is simply additional storage.
Let me know if you have any other questions. Happy House Hunting!
